Estranho como eu perdi essa vontade de me arrumar depois que engordei... eu tenho um blog com dicas de maquiagem, produtos japoneses e restaurantes do Japão... fiquei tão mal com meu peso que nem tinha vontade de postar as coisas, ainda mais se tivesse que mostrar meus bochechões... sair com amigos também estava evitando... me isolei... me escondi...
It`s weird how I lost that wish to take care of myself after I gained some weight... I have a blog with make up tips, Japanese products, restaurants I`ve been to... I was so down to the dumps with my appearance that I`ve never posted anymore, speacially if I needed to show myself... hanging out with friends I was also avoiding... I isolated myself... I hid myself...
Há tempos estava doida para cortar o cabelo, mas fui deixando pra lá... hoje assistindo ao You Tube vi o video de uma menina cortando os cabelos sozinha... eu falei... Quer saber? Vou tentar! Se der errado vou ao cabeleireiro e corto mais curto. Tô precisando mudar o visual mesmo...
It`s been a while since I wanted to have my hair cut... but I let it go... today I was watching to You Tube and I saw a video of a girl cutting her own her... I told myself... You know what? I`ll try! If it goes wrong, I`ll go to the hairdresser and cut them shorter. I need to change my look anyway...
Então, eu fiz tudo certinho e deu super-certo!
So, I did it and it worked pretty well!
Ficou ótimo! Bem levinho nas pontas do jeito que eu gosto.
It was great! Very light on the tips, just the way I like it!
Depois disso, ainda repiquei o comprimento e cortei a franja.
After that, I also, I did layers on the lengh and cut my bangs.
Notei como fiquei contente com algo tão simples como um corte de cabelo novo.
I noticed how happy I was with such a simple thing, like a new haircut.
Renova nossas forças e dá mais vontade de chegar no objetivo da dieta. Aliás, tudo soma, não é?

Bom, então é isso, fica a dica! Se estiverem meio down, enjoada do cardápio, querendo comer aquele bolo... antes disso, vai brincar em frente ao espelho, vá ver o quanto você já esta mais bonita! Se arrume, passe uma maquiagem, vista uma roupa que valorize seu corpo... tenho certeza que depois de ver o quanto já progrediu, vai desistir de botar tudo a perder por um pedaço de bolo...
Well, That`s it, take the hint! If you are a little down, sick of the menu, with the desire to eat that cake... before that, go check yourself in front of a mirror, look how prettier you are since you started the diet! Get dressed, put on make up, try some clothes that make you even more beautiful... I`m sure that after you notice how much you`ve improved, you won`t give up on everything for a piece of cake...
